How Something Small Can Change a Day

At first glance, a pair of socks may not seem life-changing. But for our friends experiencing homelessness, socks are one of the most requested and most needed items. Imagine walking miles each day with a place to wash or money to replace what you’re wearing. Fresh socks mean comfort, protection from infections, and most importantly dignity.

Since starting Rock the Socks in 2020, and developing our nonprofit called City Missions we have distributed over 30,000 pairs of socks across Collin and Dallas County. Each pair represents more than fabric, it represents hope, dignity and resources.

Every time you donate a pair of socks, you are telling someone,

“I see you. You matter.”
